Award-winning contemporary artist Kristel Bechara brought her signature mixed-media style to InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort in an artistic residency inspired by the island’s vivid colors and natural surroundings. Known for her bold use of color, intricate layering and expressive symbolism, Bechara created a series of works that reflect the mood, rhythm and palette of the Indian Ocean.
